CoffeeChat Pro is an educational platform that helps students and recent graduates prepare for networking conversations in biotech and pharma. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You need a Google account to sign up. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. One account per person. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

Free and paid features

The crash course, self-assessment, profile setup, and pitch templates are free. AI-powered features and advanced tools (question bank, prep workflow, chat tracker, follow-up suite, analytics) require purchasing credits. Credits are non-refundable once used. Your first credit purchase permanently unlocks access to all tools.

Payments

Payments are one-time purchases processed through Stripe. Prices are listed on the pricing page. We reserve the right to change pricing with notice. Purchased credits do not expire.

AI-generated content

AI features generate suggestions based on your inputs. These are starting points, not professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and adapting any AI-generated content before using it. We do not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of AI outputs.

Your content

You own everything you create in CoffeeChat Pro — your pitches, notes, contacts, and questions. We do not claim ownership of your content. We only access it to provide the service.

Acceptable use

Do not use CoffeeChat Pro to:

• Harass, spam, or misrepresent yourself to contacts
• Attempt to access other users' data or circumvent security controls
• Resell, scrape, or redistribute the platform's content
• Use automated tools to abuse the service or AI features

CoffeeChat Pro is an educational tool. We do not guarantee job offers, interviews, or any specific career outcomes. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoffeeChat Pro and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the app or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
