Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you create an account, we collect your name and email address through Google Sign-In. We also store information you provide within the app: your profile details, pitches, questions, coffee chat notes, and contacts.

How we use your data

• Account and app functionality: Your data powers the features you use — pitch building, prep workflows, chat tracking, and follow-ups.
• AI features: When you use AI-powered features (pitch generation, question generation, action items), your relevant inputs are sent to third-party AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google) to generate responses. We ask for your explicit consent before processing any data through AI. We do not use your data to train AI models.
• Analytics: We use PostHog to understand how the product is used so we can improve it. This data is anonymized and aggregated.
• Payments: Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. Stripe handles all payment data under their own privacy policy.

Data storage and security

Your data is stored in Supabase (hosted on AWS) with row-level security policies that ensure you can only access your own data. All connections use HTTPS encryption. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-party services

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase — authentication and database
• Stripe — payment processing
• Anthropic / OpenAI / Google — AI generation (only with your consent)
• PostHog — product analytics
• Vercel — hosting

Your rights

You can request to view, export, or delete your data at any time by emailing us. If you delete your account, we will remove all your personal data from our systems.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We also use first-party cookies to track referral attribution. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
